IcomInvest

IcomInvest is a holding company, which develops telecommunications and high-tech projects in Russia. The company was founded in 2010.

As part of a public-private partnership with the Ministry of Defense of Russia IcomInvest created the Federal 4G LTE mobile communications operator Osnova Telecom.

IcomInvest Innovation Center focuses on developments in the application of the latest telecommunications technologies for various sectors of the economy.

IcomInvest considers possible participation in new core projects, the ideas of which may develop and complement the company’s existing assets.

IcomInvest devotes considerable attention to improving higher education and development of applied science in Russia. The company is the initiator and an active participant of the federal non-profit innovation project University Network.

Osnova Telecom

Osnova Telecom is a federal 4G LTE mobile communications operator. The company operates based on the public-private partnership model between the Ministry of Defense of Russia and IcomInvest.

The operator has unique radio frequency resources up to 100 MHz throughout the Russian Federation.

Osnova Telecom is building a 4G LTE communications network for the needs of specialist consumers and the general public within the Russian Federation in accordance with the licenses it has received.

Osnova Telecom is a greenfield operator that implements unique features of the most advanced business models in the mobile communications market.

Osnova Telecom has successfully completed the first phase of a confidential radio communications subsystem for the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the creation of which accounted for all fundamental requirements for confidential communications networks for specialist consumers.

University Network

University Network is an innovative non-profit project aimed at popularization of high technologies in the educational environment and the development of applied science.

The project is being implemented together with leading higher educational institutions and high-tech companies.

Thanks to the "University network" project thousands of students nationwide have already received free use of wireless high-speed mobile internet and perform scientific experiments using 4G LTE networks.

Project partners provide universities with the required expert support, conduct consultations and lecture programs free of charge.

University Network is open to new members, both educational institutions and companies that are aware of their responsibility for the future of Russian education and the development of high technology in the country.
